TCS London Marathon 2025 Charity Place

​We are delighted to announce that the South Western Ambulance Charity has managed to secure a much coveted charity entry place for the TCS London Marathon 2025 on Sunday 27th April 2025.

​

After a detailed search, we found our ONE exceptional individual to take on the world's greatest marathon in London in support of the South Western Ambulance Charity, and that is SWASFT Emergency Care Assistant, George Medcalf.

 

On the 27th April 2025 George will be running the 26.2 miles with over 65,000 other runners. It's an epic challenge! The route takes in many of London's best landmarks including Buckingham Palace, The Cutty Sark, Tower Bridge and Canary Wharf. He will be helping us to celebrate our Charity's 30th Anniversary in 2025. 

 

George will be raising money to help us work alongside the South Western Ambulance Service and South West communities, helping to enhance care and support patients in critical moments. You can support George at the JustGiving page George Medcalf is fundraising for South Western Ambulance Charity
